REFUND POLICY
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of
purchase up until shipping of our products. No returns are accepted at this time, but we will happily replace any broken glasses damaged in transit at no additional cost to you.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please be assured that we will do our best to get your package shipped to you as soon as possible and that most shipments will be fully processed in 1-4 business days. We use UPS for shipping, and tracking information can be provided upon request.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
